Rabbits!

Well Peek A Boo lost all of her litter but one. :( Luckily the surviving kit is showable and has pretty good markings. We haven't confirmed the sex of the kit yet. We rebred her to Scout and she is due 05/24/12. I am really hoping that things go better this time, but raising rabbits is always a work in progress learning experience. The kit from the first litter is 5 weeks old and has very promising body type. We're going to let the kit mature more and see what happens with the next litter before anything will be for sale. We have gotten quite a few emails about Rhinelanders and the interest in the breed is awesome! Rhinelanders really are the puppy dogs of the running rabbits. Carpenter's Scout was BOB Rhinelander in open at Ionia (05/19/12) it's just too bad that he's usually the only one. Oh well, this buck gets consistently good comments from every judge that looks at him. The new rabbit barn is being built and we are expanding! :) YAY! You kno
